Ms. Clizbe is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, practicing primarily in the areas of labor and employment and general commercial litigation. Lindsay defends employers in employment-related lawsuits brought in the Delaware State and Federal Courts. She also defends related actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Delaware Department of Labor. Additionally, Lindsay represents corporate clients in litigation regarding general business matters, including breach of contract and insurance coverage disputes.
