Mr. Emeritz's practice involves counseling corporations on Delaware corporate law and governance issues. Before joining the firm, Nate clerked for the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. While in law school, Nate interned for the Honorable Harold Baer, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
