Ms. Ormerod is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group.  Her practice involves counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues.  During law school, Ms. Ormerod worked as a law clerk for the United States Department of State, Office of the Legal Adviser, in the Office of International Claims and Investment Disputes.
