Ms. Brown-Edwards is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring practice and concentrates her practice on corporate reorganization. She has significant experience representing Chapter 11 debtors and debtors-in-possession across numerous industry lines.  She also focuses her attention on purchasers of assets and the protection of creditors’ rights including, representations of creditors' committees, ad hoc committees and groups, lenders, landlords, equipment and aircraft lessors, and trade creditors, among others.

Before joining Potter Anderson, Ms. Brown-Edwards was associated with the Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
