Ms. DiLuzio practices in the firm’s Litigation Group, focusing primarily in the areas of labor and employment and general commercial litigation.  She represents employers from a wide variety of industries, including health care, throughout the State, providing counsel regarding personnel policies and practices, including employee discipline, reductions in force, wrongful discrimination, and harassment.  She defends employers in employment-related lawsuits brought in the  Delaware State and Federal Courts, as well as in litigation regarding employee benefits, including claims made under ERISA.  She also defends related actions before the EEOC and Delaware Department of Labor.

In addition, Ms. DiLuzio represents corporate clients in litigation regarding general business matters, including breach of contract and insurance coverage disputes.
