Representative Matters

Mr. LaComb's recent practice includes:  (i) advising the firm's largest international client in connection with the formation of two worldwide joint ventures; (ii) assisting in several multi-million dollar asset and equity interest acquisitions and divestitures and technology transfers; (iii) assisting in the contract operation and sale of major commercial real estate facilities; and (iv) counseling one of the firm's largest non-profit clients in connection with the creation and implementation of an urban wildlife refuge and visitors center.
