Ms. LeGrow is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  Ms. LeGrow also practices in the area of corporation law counseling and governance.  Before joining the firm, Ms. LeGrow was a law clerk to the Honorable Jack B. Jacobs, Associate Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
