Ms. Wasson practices in the firm's Litigation Group.  She represents clients in a variety of matters, including policyholder/insurance coverage actions, litigation involving long-term care facilities, and employment disputes in state and federal court.  She also represents clients in mediations and administrative actions before the EEOC and Delaware Department of Labor.  Ms. Wasson serves as a volunteer attorney representing victims of domestic violence in protection from abuse cases before the Delaware Family Court.

Seminars & Speeches

Ms. Wasson has lectured on various topics in Employment Law, including EEOC compliance, mediation, whistleblower laws and the FMLA. Ms. Wasson also has served as the moderator for a national insurance law CLE teleconference on the notice requirement. She spoke at the 2009 ABA Section of Litigation Insurance Coverage CLE Seminar in Tucson, Arizona.
