Mr. Czerwonka is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  He also practices in the area of corporation law counseling and governance.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Czerwonka worked in the Civil Division, United States Department of Justice as a Legislative Analyst and Director of the Communications Office.
