Mr. Yoder is a partner in the firm's Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring practice and heads the firm's representations of debtors.  His practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts and commercial litigation.  In addition to debtors, Mr. Yoder is also experienced in representing official committees, secured lenders, asset purchasers, equity security holders and other unsecured creditors in many of the largest bankruptcy cases filed in the District of Delaware.

Most recently, Mr. Yoder has been lead debtor's counsel in the Amp'd Mobile, Inc. bankruptcy case and has also served as debtor's counsel for, among others, AM Communications, American Metrocomm, AmeriKing, Inc., Bolder Technologies, Darwin Networks, Inc., DIMAC Holdings, GST Telecommunications, High Strength Steel, Mobile Tool International, Medicalogic / Medscape, Unidigital Inc. and Woodworker's Warehouse.  He has also represented equity security holders in the Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts, Inc. case and the GB Holdings bankruptcy that involved the transfer and sale of the Sands Casino.

Mr. Yoder has been recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring area and is well respected for his "network of contacts" and his "aggressive and savvy style in court."
