Mr. Roberts is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice group.  His practice involves counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. 

Mr. Roberts clerked for Justice Henry DuPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court from 2005-2006.
