  • Represented Liberty Broadband Corporation and certain directors of Charter Communications, Inc. in connection with stockholder derivative action challenging certain transactions in connection with Charter's acquisition of Time Warner Cable Inc. and Bright House Networks, LLC.
  • Represented Central American Mezzanine Infrastructure Fund L.P. and Camex Port LLC in securing award of summary judgment in 6 Del. C. § 18-110 action, a decision affirmed by the Delaware Supreme Court. Cent. Am. Mezzanine Infrastructure Fund L.P. v. Lopez, 2022 WL 17717343 (Del. Ch. Dec. 14, 2022), aff’d, 2023 WL 2465199 (Del. Mar. 10, 2023).
  • Represented current and former directors and officers of Calgon Carbon Corp. in securing dismissal of sale-process and disclosure claims, a decision affirmed by the Delaware Supreme Court. Teamster Members Ret. Plan v. Dearth, 2022 WL 1744436 (Del. Ch. May 31, 2022), aff'd, 289 A.3d 1264 (Del. 2023).
