Frank Martin is a litigator in the firm’s Corporate Group and focuses his practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, which includes experience in litigating stockholder class and derivative litigation, alternative entity litigation, and complex commercial disputes, as well as, actions for appraisal, advancement and indemnification, and inspection of books and records.
