Ms. Buckley is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial matters in the state and federal courts of Delaware. Jennifer also provides counseling to clients regarding business and regulatory issues.
After law school, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Karen L. Valihura of the Supreme Court of Delaware.
