Ms. Wasson represents clients in insurance, corporate, and commercial disputes in state and federal court.  Jennifer is a partner in the firm’s insurance practice, where she serves as counsel for policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation involving various types of general liability, property, and directors and officers coverage, as well as disputes involving insurance brokers.  In addition, Jennifer frequently serves as Delaware counsel to clients in federal and state court, assisting lead counsel with Delaware-specific procedural and substantive issues. Jennifer recently gave the practitioner's perspective on Delaware’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division at a CLE seminar with members of the Superior Court bench.

In 2011, Jennifer served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware through the Operation FED-UP fellowship program. While with the U.S. Attorney's Office, she gained significant trial experience prosecuting federal weapons and narcotics violations in the City of Wilmington.

Jennifer has received an “AV Preeminent” peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has been named to the Super Lawyers Delaware Rising Stars list for Insurance Coverage Litigation.
