Mr. Atta-Krah is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
While in law school, Kwesi served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gladys Kessler of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable James Gale of the North Carolina Business Court.
