Mr. Dreyfuss is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including class and derivative actions relating to mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, proxy contests, as well as statutory proceedings pursuant to the Delaware General Corporation Law such as appraisal, indemnification, and books and records suits. He was a Summer Associate in 2012.
While in law school, Mr. Dreyfuss served as a law clerk for Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett’s Office Of Administration.
