Dr. Ward is an associate in the firm's Business Group. His practice focuses primarily on the prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications related to the biotechnology and chemical arts.
In addition to his law degree, Robert holds a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology. Prior to entering patent law, Robert acquired over ten years of laboratory experience in molecular biology, developmental biology, and endocrinology in graduate-level research and as a postdoctoral fellow at the Baylor College of Medicine.
