Speaking Engagement

Partner Myron Steele and Senior Counsel Josh Martin will be panelists at a CLE seminar hosted by the Delaware State Bar Association entitled “Arbitration Training Certification in Commercial Litigation 2022.” The panel of experienced arbitrators will provide attendees with wisdom and insight as to the best practices for handling a commercial law arbitration.

Steele is the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Previously, he served as a Judge of the Superior Court and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery after 18 years in private litigation practice. Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware. Before his corporate career, he served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge for eight years. A physicist by training, Martin began his legal career as a patent attorney for Hercules, Inc.
