Potter Anderson Tapped to Serve as Delaware Counsel in Hexion Suit

Potter Anderson is serving as Delaware counsel for Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc. in an action filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery seeking a determination as to Hexion's rights and obligations relating to its merger agreement with Huntsman Corp.
