Potter Anderson has been retained as Delaware counsel by Alpharma Inc.  Potter Anderson is providing counsel to Alpharma in connection with the pending offer from King Pharmaceutical and Alpharma's review of options in response thereto. Alpharma manufactures animal health feed additives and pain management drugs.
