Potter Anderson & Corroon Representing Infinity World In Action Alleging Vegas Joint Venture Default

Potter Anderson & Corroon is representing Infinity World Development Corp., a subsidiary of Dubai World, in connection with CityCenter Las Vegas, a 67-acre metropolis between Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts.  City Center is a joint venture between Infinity World and MGM Mirage.  In its complaint, filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Infinity World alleges that defendants have triggered certain events of default under the joint venture agreement, excusing Infinity World from further performance under that agreement.  CityCenter is an 198-million square foot multi-use project encompassing a casino, hotels, residential units and retail space.  Donald J.
