Potter Anderson Represents R.H. Donnelley Corporation in its Proposed $9.7 Billion Acquisition of Dex Media, Inc.

Potter Anderson & Corroon’s partners John Grossbauer, Janine Salomone, and associate Roxanne Houtman recently represented client R.H. Donnelley Corporation in its proposed $9.7 billion acquisition of Dex Media, Inc.  Their work was recognized in the Big Deals/ Big Suits section of the December issue of the American Lawyer Magazine. The firm was hired to handle the Delaware aspects of the transaction.
