Mr. Waxman's practice extends into international, federal, state and local taxation, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as most areas of business and commercial law.  A focus of his practice relates to organizational and operational issues related to statutory trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies and special purpose corporations.
