Barbara Manerchia Joins Girls Inc. of Delaware Board April 30, 2010
The law firm of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce that Barbara Uberti Manerchia has joined the board of Girls Inc. of Delaware. In addition to being on the board, Ms. Manerchia will also serve on the development committee.
Ms. Manerchia, counsel, leads the firm’s Employee Benefit and Executive Compensation practice and represents clients in matters related to employee benefits including tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans and executive compensation. She counsels clients with respect to the design and administration of benefit programs, and represents clients in matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. Ms. Manerchia has extensive experience in addressing fiduciary matters and employer securities issues for sponsors of retirement plans. She also chairs Potter Anderson's Women's Initiative, a forum for the firm's women attorneys to engage in social and professional interaction.
