Potter Anderson Adds IP Attorney

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce Eric B. Fugett has joined the firm as an associate with the Business Group, where he will concentrate his practice in intellectual property transactions, prosecution and litigation support.

Mr. Fugett earned his B.S. in food science from the University of Arkansas in 2003, his M.S. in food science from Cornell University, focusing in biotechnology and microbiology, in 2006, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Leonard P. Stark, U.S. Magistrate for the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
