Potter Anderson & Corroon Adds Four New Associates December 2007
WILMINGTON, Del. – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce four new associates who have been admitted to the Delaware Bar. They are: Travis W. Bliss, Ph.D., Ryan W. Browning, Ryan J. Frampton and Michael B. Rush.
Travis W. Bliss, Ph.D. focuses his practice on patent transactions, opinions and prosecution. Dr. Bliss received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, and is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark office. He holds a B.S. in Animal Science with concentration in Agricultural Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Animal Science with a research focus in Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology, and has conducted post-doctoral research in the School of Animal Sciences at the University of Delaware.
Ryan W. Browning is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Mr. Browning received his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law, where he served as a staff member on the Editorial Board of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. He earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Ryan J. Frampton is an associate in the firm’s Business Group, focusing his practice on commercial law and advising clients on a wide array of general business matters. Mr. Frampton received his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, and served as Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. He has also earned an MBA, with high honors, from the Rutgers School of Business - Camden and a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Michael B. Rush focuses his practice on general litigation. Mr. Rush received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Politics, participated in the Lile Moot Court Competition, and interned at the United State’ Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
