Potter Anderson's Sarah E. DiLuzio interviewed live on WHYY-TV

April 2008

Sarah E. DiLuzio, an attorney with the firm's Litigation Group, was interviewed on WHHY (Apr 22, 2008) regarding Delaware Superior Court Civil Rule 16.  Since the arbitration program in the Superior Court began in 1984, all civil cases less than $100,000 were subject to mandatory arbitration.  Under the new rule effective March 1, 2008, arbitration, mediation or neutral assessment will be required for all civil cases before the Superior Court. Josh W. Martin III, now a partner with Potter Anderson & Corroon, was the original judge to start the Superior Court's initial arbitration program.  Click here to view the WHYY interview.
