Potter Anderson & Corroon partner and chairman, Donald J. Wolfe, Jr., co-authored an article for a special edition of Penn State Law Review, available April 2012. The article, "A Brief Introduction to the Fiduciary Duties of Directors Under Delaware Law," discusses the most recent developments in Delaware law with regard to the duties of board members.

On October 13 and 14, 2011, Mr. Wolfe participated in the 8th Annual Institute on Corporate, Securities, and Related Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions, a Penn State Law Review webinar. He joined a panel to discuss “Private Company Acquisition: A Mock Negotiation, Including Perspectives on Investment Banking, Tax, and European Issues.” Kevin R. Shannon, also a partner with Potter Anderson, presented “Mock Argument Before the Delaware Supreme Court on the Airgas Poison Pill Decision” at the webinar.  Annotated transcripts of both presentations will be included in the Review.
