Potter Anderson Partners to Speak at The Citadel 6th Annual Directors' Institute 2015

The Citadel School of Business will host its 6th annual Directors’ Institute in Charleston, SC at the Francis Marion Hotel on Friday, May 1, 2015.

The program gives business leaders the opportunity to participate in discussions focused on emerging cyber security threats, new developments in corporate governance, succession planning, business ethics, and two sessions for board members and executives with regional and community banks. Additionally, some of the most prominent business leaders in the country will lead the discussions.

Potter Anderson partner Matthew Fischer will participate on a panel discussion "Emerging Trends in Multi-Forum Litigation."

Potter Anderson partner and former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, Myron Steele, will moderate a panel discussion entitled "Expansion of Aiding and Abetting Breaches of Fiduciary Duty - a Warning to Directors and their Advisors in M&A Scenarios."  Steele will also participate on a panel discussion "New Developments in Corporate Governance."
