Brady Discusses Employee Handbook Best Practices on Nationally Syndicated Radio Show
Jennifer Gimler Brady, partner and general counsel of Potter Anderson, was featured on 1st Talk Compliance, a nationally syndicated radio show produced by Healthcare NOW Radio. Brady spoke with host Catherine Short on the topic of “Employee Handbooks: Basics and Must-Haves.” The discussion covered why employers of all sizes should use employee handbooks as well as best practices and key employment laws that should be addressed in handbook policies.
Brady concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. She regularly advises long-term care providers, physician practices and other health care providers on a variety of issues, including licensing and certification, fraud and abuse laws, medical privacy and confidentiality, and litigation matters.
