Chapman Presents Keynote Address at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday Program

Senior counsel William L. Chapman, Jr. was the keynote speaker at the 34th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday Program hosted by Delaware State University and the Inner City Cultural League on the DSU campus in Dover.

A graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center, Chapman served as a Delaware deputy attorney general and a municipal judge prior to his 20 years on the Family Court bench. After his retirement as a Family Court judge, he joined Potter Anderson and now serves as chief diversity officer and director of pro bono services.
