Denny Leads ABA Program on Vendor Risk and Cybersecurity Strategy

At the ABA Business Section’s annual meeting in Chicago, partner William Denny led a program titled “Vendor Risk: The Weakest Link in Your Cybersecurity Strategy.” The program covered the phases of the customer-vendor relationship: due diligence, negotiation of contract terms and monitoring the relationship, from both the customer and vendor perspective. The program also covered how customers organize their responsibilities relating to vendor risk management and the promises and pitfalls of cyber insurance.
