Millard Speaks on ABA Panel About Negotiating Governing Law Clause Post-Eagle Force

Partner Pam Millard was a panelist at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section annual meeting in Austin, Texas. Organized by the Private Equity and M&A Joint Subcommittee, the panel covered recommendations for negotiating the governing law clause post-Eagle Force. The panel included Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Millard, a partner who advises clients regarding all aspects of the Delaware General Corporation Law and the governance of Delaware corporations, is an active member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee and has served as a speaker on Delaware corporate law matters for national law firms and the ABA as part of their continuing legal education programs. She has also participated in a number of panel discussions at law schools throughout the country on behalf of the Mergers and Acquisition Committee’s Women in M&A Task Force.
