Potter Anderson Partners Highlight Key Issues for Directors at Citadel Directors’ Institute

Potter Anderson co-sponsored the 8th Annual Citadel Directors’ Institute in Charleston, S.C., which brought together directors and C-level executives for a discussion of emerging issues, strategic planning, risk and board governance.

This year’s Institute featured Potter Anderson lawyers on several topics:

  • Myron Steele, former chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, moderated a panel that included Brad Davey on “Continuing Developments for Directors and Their Advisors in Breaches of Fiduciary Duty Concerning M&A Scenarios.”
  • Brad Davey and Tim Dudderar participated in a panel moderated by Matt Fischer titled “Recent Critical and Pending Significant Delaware Court Developments.”
  • Matt Fischer was a panelist addressing the topic of “The Best Practice in Succession Planning for Boards.”
  • Tim Dudderar was a panelist addressing the topic of “What Directors Need to Know in Regard to Their Potential Personal Liabilities.”
