Myron Steele, Potter Anderson partner and former chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, was a panelist at the 31st annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute. The panel, titled “ESG: Is It Here to Stay as a Shareholder Concern?,” was moderated by Wachtell’s William Savitt and included Chief Justice Leo Strine of the Supreme Court of Delaware and Damon Silvers, Policy Director and Special Counsel at the AFL-CIO.
