Walsh Moderates Panel on Recent Delaware Opinions

At the 29th annual Tulane University Law School’s Corporate Law Institute in New Orleans, partner Pete Walsh moderated a panel titled "Delaware Developments." Panelists discussed significant opinions rendered over the last year by Delaware Chancery and Supreme Court and their effect on M&A deal-making, including director independence rulings, MLP cases, and cases and developments after Trulia and Corwin.
