Potter Anderson Attorney Comments on Delaware Federal Court Standards

Potter Anderson attorney Bill Denny was interviewed by Robert Hilson regarding the Delaware District Court's recent revision of standards for discovery. The changes were the first made since 2007, when the standards were revised to conform to e-discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Denny served on the court's Ad Hoc Committee for E-Discovery and noted, “It’s a very engaged court and a small bar that works with each other frequently,” Denny explains. “We can all get together more easily and negotiate.”
