Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce that for the fourth consecutive year, Mark A. Morton has been recognized as one of the world’s leading merger and acquisition lawyers in The International Who’s Who of Merger & Acquisition Lawyers 2011. Mr. Morton is one of only 116 lawyers in the United States selected for inclusion in the most recent edition.

Mr. Morton, a partner in the firm’s Corporate group, represents corporations and boards of directors in connection with mergers, asset sales and other transactions governed by Delaware corporate law.  He advises clients concerning fiduciary duties, both in the context of daily business affairs and with respect to specific corporate transactions. Mr. Morton is the vice chair of the M&A Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA.  With more than 3,500 members, it is one of the largest ABA committees.

Law Business Research, an independent London-based publishing group, which provides research, analysis and reports on the international legal services marketplace, publishes the guide. The attorneys selected were identified through questionnaires, research and interviews involving private practice lawyers and corporate counsels.
