WILMINGTON, Del. – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce the election of Timothy R. Dudderar as a partner of the firm effective January 1, 2010.  Mr. Dudderar practices in the firm's Corporate Group, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

He received his J.D., with honors, from Villanova University School of Law in 1999 where he was a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Review. He received his B.S. in 1996 from the University of Delaware. Dudderar is a member of the Delaware and New York bar associations.
