Potter Anderson Serves as Delaware Counsel on Pinterest IPO

Partners Michael Tumas and Roxanne Houtman and senior associate Dave DiDonato are serving as Delaware counsel on the initial public offering of social media network Pinterest. The Pinterest IPO, described by the New York Times as one of the “two hottest tech start-ups going public,” is noteworthy for its dual-class capital structure.
