Potter Anderson Serves as Delaware Counsel to Liberty Expedia in Acquisition by Expedia Group

Expedia Group, Inc. (EXPE) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Liberty Expedia Holdings, Inc. (LEXEA, LEXEB) in an all-stock deal that will simplify Expedia’s ownership structure.  Holders of Liberty Expedia’s Class A and Class B shares will receive 0.360 shares of Expedia’s common stock for each Liberty Expedia share. The transaction is expected to close in the summer of 2019.
