Potter Anderson and Three IP Partners Ranked in 2018 IAM Patent 1000

Noting Potter Anderson’s “contentious prowess and willingness to get down into the nitty gritty aspects of cases, whether taking the lead or providing local assistance,” the 2018 edition of Intellectual Asset Management’s IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Professionals highlights three Potter Anderson partners: Dave Moore, Janet Reed and Phil Rovner.

Dave Moore, the chair of Potter Anderson’s Litigation Group, is described as “routinely on the frontlines of important cases.”

Janet Reed, head of the firm’s intellectual property transactional and counseling practice, is noted for her “exceptional proficiency in the protection of food, medicine and agriculture innovations.”

Litigator Phil Rovner garnered praise for his “second-to-none legal knowledge and familiarity with the Delaware bench.” 

The IAM Patent 1000 is compiled annually following a five-month research process that includes 1,800 interviews with attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel to gather market intelligence on the leading players in the field.
