Potter Anderson Partner, Myron T. Steele, to Speak at the 22nd Annual Distressed Investing Conference

Potter Anderson partner and former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, Myron T. Steele, will serve as faculty at the 22nd Annual Distressed Investing Conference on Monday, November 30, 2015, at The Park Lane Hotel in New York City.

Myron Steele will serve as faculty on "The Ethics Hour" panel addressing the ethical questions and dilemmas that all lawyers face. This panel will focus on those that arise in the context of corporate restructuring litigation, like the duty to be candid with a court, duties to the client, and potential exploitation of ethical rules governing lawyers by other parties-in-interest.
