Biography
Megan R. Thomas is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
During law school, Megan served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Kim R. Gibson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and for the Hon. D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
