Our Labor and Employment attorneys have extensive experience in corporate compliance matters, including whistleblower and workplace harassment investigations.  In addition, the firm’s Labor and Employment attorneys have worked closely with a number of local and national clients in designing, validating and implementing workplace downsizing processes.

Our clients include major Delaware employers from both the public and private sector, cultural institutions of national repute, multinational corporations, institutions of higher education, private and public secondary schools, and mid-size employers representing a wide variety of industries.  In each case, our goal is to provide practical and cost effective solutions in regard to labor and employment matters in a manner that meets each client’s individual needs.

Potter Anderson & Corroon’s Labor and Employment attorneys are frequent lecturers on employment and employee benefit law and litigation issues and have authored a number of related articles.  In addition, the Labor and Employment attorneys are active members of, and have chaired, employment law organizations and committees such as the Delaware State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section.
