A.J. Bolan is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and employment litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Delaware. She also provides counseling to clients regarding business and regulatory issues.
After law school, A.J. served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard G. Andrews of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
A.J. has worked in civil rights and advocacy organizations in several roles, including law clerk for GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders; student attorney in the Jacob Burns Legal Clinic focused on prisoner and reentry issues; legal intern in the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Voting Section; and legal intern for the Family Equality Council.
