Gregory A. Inskip, a retired Potter Anderson partner, practiced in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, antitrust litigation and other commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Greg counseled clients on antitrust issues and practiced before the Public Service Commission of the State of Delaware and other state agencies.
Greg is active in the community and has served on the boards of Delaware Museum of Natural History, the Glencoe Foundation, the Fair Play Foundation, and the Clan Donald Lands Trust. He was also on the Board of Editors for Delaware Lawyer magazine. Greg also received an award from the Delaware Nature Society in recognition of his pro bono legal work supporting State's successful defense of Coastal Zone Act against Commerce Clause challenge.
