Ryan J. Maerz is an associate in the firm's Business Group. He focuses his practice on a variety of transactional matters relating to Delaware alternative entities, including general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and statutory trusts. Ryan primarily renders advice and opinions in connection with investment fund transactions, structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, and transactions involving alternative entities with respect to formation, operation, governance, dissolution, and enforceability matters. He also represents lending institutions, private equity firms, investors, developers, and property owners in a variety of commercial real estate acquisition, development and financing transactions, including asset-based financing, mortgage financing, and other credit related transactions.
