Partner Joy Barrist moderated a panel focused on the commercial real estate market in New Castle County, Del. Hosted by Delaware Real Estate Women, the session included a discussion of current major projects, key items for buyers and tenants, and what borrowers are looking for in financing structures.

Barrist offers a full range of commercial real estate law services involving the finance, acquisition, sale, lease and development of complex multimillion-dollar real estate projects throughout Delaware, around the country and internationally. She regularly represents banks and lending institutions, private equity firms, investors, developers, owners, landlords, and tenants.

Delaware Real Estate for Women (DREW) is a women-only group of Delaware-area commercial real estate professionals dedicated to networking, education and professional development. Barrist currently serves as DREW’s president.
